About the role
The Manager of Instruments & Accessories plays a key role in supporting the growth and success of our company's instruments and accessories business. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full product lifecycle for new and existing instruments and accessories, including product development, pricing, inventory management, marketing, and customer support.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to bring new products to market efficiently.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth and customer adoption of our instruments and accessories portfolio.
- Manage a team of product managers and coordinators to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the health and profitability of the instruments and accessories business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, certifications, and best practices to ensure compliance.
