About Do-It-Herself (DIH) Do-It-Herself (DIH) is a unique returnship program curated by Lowe's India that gives women who have been on a career break for more than a year / 12 months, an opportunity to rejoin the workforce. Do-It-Herself offers a paid internship opportunity where shortlisted candidates get on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience working with teams at Lowe's India, over a course of four to six months.
