We are currently looking for an Sales Manager – DACH who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with our retail and B2B customers, your focus will be on managing and growing accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for customer success with your capacity for commercial execution. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large accounts in the DACH region.
  • Execute product launches and promotional campaigns with excellence.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and expand our presence in existing and prospective accounts.
  • Monitor sales data, analyze account performance, and report on campaign results.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent Lovehoney Group in key customer meetings and events across the region.


What You Should Bring

  • Proven experience in account management or field sales, ideally in B2B or retail environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset and track record of delivering sales growth.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using commercial metrics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% across the DACH region.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
