We are currently looking for an organised, approachable, and proactive Office Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of our office and front-of-house experience. Partnering directly with the Office Operations Lead, your focus will be on creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-functioning office environment. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for great service with your capacity for proactive organisation. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and assist all visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth
  • Oversee the reception area and ensure the smooth daily running of the office
  • Coordinate office supplies and handle vendor communications
  • Support internal events, onboarding, desk planning, and liaise with building management
  • Assist with basic health & safety tasks and serve as a key contact for office-related needs


What You Should Bring

  • Previous office management experience
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solver mindset with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator in both English and German, comfortable engaging in person and via email
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and other standard office tools
