We are currently looking for a Digital Content Production Expert to join our dynamic Content team in Berlin, ensuring all assets—photos, videos, graphics, or copy—are produced efficiently, on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with Content, Social Media, and Marketing teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
• Oversee the complete content production process from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers, translating strategic direction into actionable production plans.
• Plan and manage logistics for photo and video shoots, including booking studios, locations, equipment, props, and talent.
• Manage post-production activities, including editing, retouching, proofreading, and stakeholder approvals.
  
  
  

What You Should Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong passion for new content technologies and AI-driven content formats.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (paid and owned), analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
