Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Lounge Associates based in Hyderabad. The Lounge Associate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience through proactive customer service. Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, managing lounge operations, maintaining cleanliness and stock, and addressing guest inquiries promptly. The role requires a customer-focused approach while adhering to high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining lounge operations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with hospitality or customer service systems
- Previous experience in hospitality, aviation, or customer service will be an advantage
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus
