Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily paperwork and computer entries
- Diner profitability
- Inventory levels, inventory shrinkage
- Oversight of cash shortages
- Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
- Recruits, rewards, and terminates staff as needed.
- Trains on food preparation techniques and ensures consistency
- Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
- Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
Minimum 3 years’ Management Experience in Food Service Industry. Experience with Budgets and P&Ls preferred. Solid Communication Skills, verbal as well as written and solid skills in Excel and Outlook required. Food Safety Certificate Required
Must have a valid US State Driver's License and be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
