The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Product & Client Success Associate to support our enterprise users and help shape how Louisa delivers value. This is a cross-functional role working with product, engineering, and the founder to improve the user experience, drive retention, and gather insight that informs our roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and engagement for new users
  • Monitor product usage and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain product documentation and support feature launches
  • Gather feedback and translate it into actionable insights
  • Help retain and expand key accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator with user empathy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Notion, Figma, and analytics dashboards
  • Curious about SaaS products, enterprise user behavior, and feedback loops
  • Excited to operate at the intersection of product, success, and growth
