The Opportunity: HR Recruiter Digital Marketing Specialist Are you a talent acquisition expert with a passion for digital marketing Do you have a knack for identifying top-performing marketers who drive high ROAS, conversions, and brand growth If you love working in a fast-paced, AI-driven company and want to play a key role in building a world-class marketing team, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, for digital marketing roles (e.g., performance marketers, SEO specialists, content marketers, paid media experts). Strategic Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and AI-driven sourcing methods to find top-tier talent. Candidate Assessment: Conduct screenings, behavioral interviews, and skill evaluations to ensure the best talent fit. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies. Employer Branding: Develop and execute hiring campaigns to attract top digital marketing talent. Market Research: Stay ahead of digital marketing recruitment trends and salary benchmarks. ATS Management: Keep accurate and organized records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Who You Are: 3+ years of HR recruiting experience, specializing in digital marketing hiring. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced AI-driven company. Strong analytical skills to track and optimize recruitment performance.
