About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst - Sales & Client Delivery Analytics to work under the VP - Strategy , assisting in sales data analytics across the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, as well as post-sales client delivery tracking to ensure seamless service execution. This role will support data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue generation, enhance sales efficiency, and improve client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analytics, business intelligence, and process optimization within the AI-driven marketing or SaaS industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive sales data tracking system to monitor lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline health, and deal closure performance. Conduct data analysis on sales funnel performance, identifying trends and providing insights to improve conversion rates. Support collaboration between sales and marketing teams by analyzing lead qualification criteria and optimizing targeting strategies. Assist in building key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for real-time sales data visibility and reporting. Track post-sales client delivery metrics, ensuring accurate reporting on onboarding, service execution, and customer satisfaction. Work with operations and customer success teams to analyze customer retention trends and identify areas for improvement. Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance sales forecasting, data management, and performance tracking. Provide data insights for revenue growth strategies, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Ensure CRM data integrity by supporting best practices for sales and post-sales data management. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key sales trends, challenges, and strategic opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, sales data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in AI-driven marketing, SaaS, or digital transformation industries. Must be a graduate from IIM (Indian Institute of Management). Proficiency in sales data analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong ability to analyze and interpret sales performance data to drive business decisions. Experience in post-sales data tracking, client success analytics, and retention analysis. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation, and lead generation strategies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data-driven projects simultaneously.
