Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Loss Prevention Specialist. The primary responsibilities include monitoring physical security measures, conducting surveillance, investigating any instances of theft or loss, and implementing inventory control processes. The specialist will work to minimize loss, ensure safety, and maintain accuracy in inventory management.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control practices
- Strong skills in Physical Security and Surveillance systems
- Experience conducting thorough Investigations related to theft, fraud, or policy violations
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risk factors
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or food industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or proven track record in loss prevention are beneficial
