Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Loss Prevention Officer role based at JW Marriott Bengaluru. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises, guests, staff, and assets. Duties include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting security inspections, preventing theft or breaches, and maintaining detailed incident reports. The Loss Prevention Officer will collaborate with hotel management and staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols, while fostering a secure and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Retail Loss Prevention and Prevention strategies.
• Strong proficiency in Physical Security practices and Surveillance operations.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and security teams.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment in handling security incidents.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or security sector is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of security-related technologies and protocols is advantageous.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in security or related areas are beneficial.
