Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Loss Prevention Associate based in Vadodara, India. The Loss Prevention Associate will monitor and safeguard the organization's assets by mitigating theft, reducing operational risks, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Responsibilities include performing regular checks on inventory and processes, investigating incidents of loss or theft, supporting risk assessments, and implementing measures that enhance overall security and operational efficiency. The role will also require collaboration with cross-functional teams and supporting audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management, stock audits, and operational risk mitigation
- Strong observation and analytic skills for identifying potential losses or irregularities
- Ability to handle investigations effectively and work with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols, reporting, or regulatory compliance
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in loss prevention or a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in security measures or risk management is a plus
