- Developing or supporting administrators in developing robust secondary school master schedules that balance student choice, credit recovery, and CTE pathway completion
- Navigating state and federal systems to manage grant reporting and Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) for 5+ schools, including data management, evidence collection, and audit resolution
- Developing centralized funding models that utilize braided funds to support multiple CTE programs at multiple school sites, including overseeing the full application, screening, and award process.
