Responsibilities:
✅ Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
- ❤️ Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
- 🩺 Assess residents’ health status and implement individualized care plans
- 💊 Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with physician orders
- 👀 Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly to clinical needs
- 📝 Accurately document assessments, care provided, and resident progress
- 🤝 Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs/GNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate
- 🧠 Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes
- 🛡️ Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
- 🌟 Demonstrate a kind, patient, and empathetic approach while promoting dignity, comfort, and resident well‑being
Qualifications:
- Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Hours Available
- Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights
- License: Active Maryland RN license
