Pay Rate
$15/hour
- Same Day Pay for all Employees

Responsibilities Receptionists are the first point of contact for our company. (Duties include)
Greet residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign‑in and badge distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Communicate clearly with clinical and administrative departments
- Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times
QualificationsSchedule & Availability
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
