Key Responsibilities

1. System Architecture:
1. Develop an ideal backend system architecture to solve problems efficiently.
2. Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers.
2. Customer Interaction
1. Engage with customers to understand their pain points.
2. Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience
3. Critical Thinking
1. Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up.
2. Challenge existing solutions and propose novel approaches free from bias.

What We're Seeking?

1. 2+ years of relevant professional full-time experience building backend systems for SE2.
2. 5+ years of relevant professional full-time experience building backend systems for Senior role.
3. Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving problems.
4. Some exposure to FrontEnd (basic familiarity with a JS library + willingness to learn)
