About the role

As a Technical Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Loopio's customers have an exceptional experience. You'll be the main point of contact for our largest and most strategic accounts, driving adoption, expansion, and retention. You'll help our customers realize value from Loopio and work closely with our Customer Success and Solutions teams to identify ways to better support and empower our users. In this role, you'll: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at our strategic accounts - Understand each customer's goals, pain points, and challenges, and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve success - Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, expansion, and upsell - Coordinate cross-functional efforts from the Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver top-notch support and solutions - Serve as a product expert, educating customers on best practices and new features - Drive customer renewals and expansion through thoughtful, consultative conversations - Advocate for the customer's needs and provide feedback to the product team to influence future product development - Assist with on-boarding and implementation for new customers as needed
