* End-to-end recruitment (Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Joining)
* Handle bulk hiring requirements
* Daily candidate coordination and follow-ups
* Maintain recruitment data and reports
* Handle client and candidate communication
* Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets
🔹 Requirements
* Minimum 100 calls/day work capacity
* Laptop is mandatory
* Knowledge of bulk hiring preferred
* Strong communication & convincing skills
* Good time management
* Ability to give quick and professional responses
