Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate
Primary Resource Teacher (PRT) in English to join our academic team in
Tenali. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience delivering instruction within the
CBSE curriculum at the primary level.The PRT English Teacher will contribute to a dynamic, student-centered learning environment that emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication, all aligned with national educational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and curriculum-compliant English instruction for Grades 1–5 in accordance with the CBSE syllabus.
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans, formative and summative assessments, and interactive teaching materials to support language acquisition.
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide timely, constructive feedback to guide individual growth.
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom culture that encourages participation, confidence, and respectful communication.
- Integrate storytelling, reading activities, and real-life applications to make language learning meaningful and relevant.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, refine pedagogical approaches, and contribute to curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic planning sessions as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field with a Post Graduate (PG) qualification (M.A. or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in the CBSE curriculum at the primary level.
- Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and expressive writing.
- Proven ability to employ diverse, student-centered teaching strategies to address varied learning styles and needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
