Job Title: Preschool Teacher
Location: Fazilka, Punjab
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate children (ages 2–5 years). The candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and interactive learning environment that supports early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Teach basic concepts like numbers, alphabets, colors, shapes, and social skills
- Manage classroom activities including playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, games, and art
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom
- Monitor and track each child’s progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT, D.El.Ed, or similar preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi)
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Basic knowledge of child development and teaching methods
- Ability to handle small children with care and responsibility
