Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an OTC (Order-to-Cash) Specialist with a focus on Cash Applications and Accounts Receivables. Based in Bangalore, the role involves managing end-to-end processes related to cash applications and accounts receivables, ensuring timely allocation of payments and reconciliation of accounts. The OTC Specialist will liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial policies. Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams will be a vital part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Order-to-Cash (OTC), accounts receivables, and cash application processes
- Strong skills in data reconciliation, financial analysis, and reporting
- Experience in customer interaction, issue resolution, and payment processing
- Working knowledge of accounting software and finance-related tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivables or cash management
- Familiarity with compliance standards and financial regulations is an advantage
