Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend - Content Management Service Expert based in Chennai. The selected individual will be responsible for managing content workflows, ensuring seamless backend operations for digital services, and maintaining the integrity of content related to digital platforms. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining content management systems, troubleshooting backend challenges, optimizing system functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data consistency and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience with Backend Development and Management in Content Management Services
- Proficiency in database management, system configurations, and content storage solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for backend operations
- Understanding of digital services workflows and their execution within CMS platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in backend operations or content management services
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Additional knowledge of emerging digital platforms or programming languages is an advantage
Content Management Service Expert (Backend) – Digital Services**
Job Responsibilities
Analyze incoming content requests by understanding business needs, workflow logic, and the
endtoend system landscape.
Troubleshoot and reproduce issues within the content management environment, preparing
prototypes or sample models to support IT teams in identifying root causes.
Provide backend support to business users and market teams on content management tools,
user administration, and access management.
Ensure timely resolution of contentrelated issues by coordinating with crossfunctional IT and
business stakeholders.
Maintain structured documentation related to content workflows, configurations, and
issueresolution steps.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements to
existing content management processes.
Job Requirements
Experience: Prior hands-on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
Technical Skills:
o Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problemsolving skills with high attention to
detail.
o Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
o Experience in database querying (SQL) and generating analytical reports.
o Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Communication Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, business
users, and technical teams.
Process Knowledge:
o Understanding of common software project management practices, including
- workflows, ticketing systems, and change management.
