Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Customer Support/Sales/Travel in our Gurugram office. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Agra. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, managing travel arrangements, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer relationships, providing personalized service, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions
- Experience in customer support and sales, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Organizational and multitasking skills for managing travel arrangements and sales activities
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales/customer relationship management tools
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and a customer-centric mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communication, or related field is a plus
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or travel coordination roles is advantageous
