Our client is one of the leading MNC audit firm looking for Social Compliance at multiple locations

Position- CSCA Senior Auditor

Location- Bengaluru,  Mumbai, Delhi-NCR,  Tirupur.

Experience- 3-8 years

Education – Bachelor’s Degree (Social Sciences / Law / Human Resources / Industrial Relations preferred)

Salary- Up to 18-20 LPA

Primary Skills- social compliance audits, local labor laws and regulatory requirements

Notice Period- At Earliest

Key Responsibilities: -

 

-Conduct onsite social compliance audits at client facilities

-Review documentation including payroll records, labor contracts, statutory registers, and policy documents

-Conduct worker and management interviews

-Identify non-conformities and document audit findings accurately

-Prepare comprehensive audit reports in line with internal quality and accreditation requirements

-Ensure timely submission of audit reports

-Maintain strict confidentiality, independence, and impartiality

-Adhere to company Code of Ethics and professional conduct standards

-Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation and certification body requirements

 

Qualification and certifications (mandatory): -

 

-Bachelor’s Degree (Social Sciences / Law / Human Resources / Industrial Relations preferred)

-Qualified Lead Auditor for applicable standards such as BSCI, RSCI, RBA, WRAP, SMETA

-Recognized Social Compliance Auditor qualification (e.g., CSCA preferred for senior level roles)

 

Experience Requirements: -

 

-Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in conducting social compliance audits (depending on role level)

-Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements
