Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Social Media Co-founder. This full-time remote role will involve strategizing, planning, and executing social media campaigns to grow PathShalaAI’s online presence. Responsibilities will include creating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, conducting audience research, and driving community engagement. You'll be a key driver in establishing PathShalaAI as a thought leader in AI-driven education and connecting with aspirants who could benefit from our platform.
Qualifications.
- Proven Marketing and Sales skills to promote the brand, drive growth, and foster partnerships.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret social media data, measure campaign success, and develop insights for improvement.
- Ability to conduct thorough Research to understand trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- leadership capabilities, and a passion for transforming education through technology are a plus.
What I’m looking for:
• Someone who understands Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn growth
• Can create high-engagement content (hooks, storytelling, trends)
• Has experience growing pages (0 → 10K+ followers is a big plus)
• Knows analytics, retention, and audience psychology
• Ready to build something big (not just a job mindset)
Role:
• Lead all social media & growth strategy
• Build and scale our online presence
• Experiment with content & viral strategies
This is NOT a salary-based role initially
