Responsibilities ? Provide day to day production support for Looker dashboards, reports, Explores, and LookML models. ? Troubleshoot Looker errors, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies. ? Monitor system performance, Looker PDTs, and scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations. ? Optimize queries and LookML structures to improve dashboard load times. ? Validate data quality and ensure consistent, accurate reporting across teams. Technical Skills ? Strong hands-on experience with LookML development and Looker modeling. ? Proficiency in SQL with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets. ? Experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, etc.) ? Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (Star schema, Fact & dimension modeling) ? Experience using Git and version control within Looker. ? Ability to diagnose and resolve data quality issues including cleaning, preprocessing, and anomaly detection. ? Experience with ETL / ELT tools, such as DBT or Looker PDTs. ? Experience in dashboard design, performance tuning, and query optimization. Soft Skills ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Self driven, detail oriented, and highly collaborative in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) ? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ? Looker certifications, such as Looker LookML Developer Certification
