Role: Looker Dashboard Developer

Job Overview
We are looking for skilled Looker (LookML) Dashboard Developers to support a commercial operations engagement focused on building and enhancing dashboards across sales, product, and marketing functions. This is an initial 3-month engagement with strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker (LookML)
- Translate business requirements from sales, product, and marketing teams into scalable data models and visualizations
- Develop and optimize LookML models, views, explores, and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across dashboards
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate and validate data from Snowflake or other data sources
- Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues in a timely manner
- Follow best practices for data modeling, governance, and dashboard usability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics / Dashboard Development
- Strong hands-on experience with Looker and LookML development
- Proficiency in SQL with experience in querying large datasets
- Experience working with Snowflake (preferred / good to have)
- Good understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing
- Experience in building dashboards for Sales, Marketing, or Product analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial operations or business analytics domains
- Exposure to other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and modern data stack
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
