As a Biotechnologist, you'll play a key role in producing cell therapy products while ensuring cGMP compliance. Key Responsibilities: Understand and adhere to cGMP compliance and clean room practices, Execute batch records accurately and ensure right-first-time documentation, Perform environmental monitoring during production, Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, Contribute to troubleshooting technical problems and process optimization. Key Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Science or relevant field, Prior experience in biopharmaceutical industry or cleanroom environment preferred, Strong team-oriented work ethic with attention to detail, Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
