About Increditors

Increditors is a premium video post-production agency based in Dubai. We work exclusively on editing — no shooting, no production coordination. Our clients range from high-growth YouTube creators to B2B companies replacing written SOPs with engaging training videos. If it looks like it came from MKBHD, Kurzgesagt, or a top-tier corporate video house, it belongs in our portfolio. If it doesn't, we keep working.

The Role

You'll own post-production for long-form content — typically 8 to 40-minute YouTube videos, B2B training series, and corporate explainers. Take raw footage plus a brief, return a polished final cut complete with motion graphics, sound design, and colour grade.

What You'll Be Doing

Editing:

Cut long-form footage into tight, engaging narratives that hold attention end-to-end

Manage pacing, rhythm, and story arc — make 20 minutes feel like 5

Apply advanced colour grading (LUTs, scopes, node-based workflows)

Mix and master audio: dialogue clarity, music balance, SFX layering

Deliver clean, organised project files every time

Motion Graphics:

Design and animate 2D motion graphics: lower thirds, kinetic typography, icon animations, data visualisations, chapter cards, and end screens

Build 3D elements and transitions where the project calls for them (C4D, Blender, or equivalent)

Adapt or build After Effects templates reusable across a client's content series

Maintain visual consistency with client brand guidelines

Collaboration:

Take a brief and execute with minimal back-and-forth

Deliver on time, every time — deadlines are non-negotiable

Self-review every export before submission: captions, graphics, audio sync, colour

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

Portfolio with at least two long-form YouTube edits (8+ minutes) showing strong pacing and professional graphics

Mastery of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Proficiency in After Effects for 2D motion graphics from scratch (not just template-swapping)

Sharp attention to detail — you catch the two-frame audio glitch before anyone else

Reliable hardware capable of editing 4K footage

Strong advantages:

3D motion graphics in Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D

Experience editing B2B training or educational videos

YouTube content knowledge: retention-optimised cuts, chapter markers, thumbnail-safe framing

Familiarity with Adobe Audition or iZotope RX
