Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and providing medication management for adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Providing ongoing follow‑up care, including monitoring treatment response, side effects, and safety.
- Conducting medical and psychiatric screening for candidates in our ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy (KAP) program, following established clinic protocols.
- Working interdisciplinarily with psychotherapists, registered nurses, and program coordinators to deliver coordinated, team‑based care.
- Practicing integrative, patient‑centered care in alignment with our whole‑person, trauma‑informed philosophy.

Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree or higher and current licensure as a PA‑C or Nurse Practitioner.
- PMHNP strongly preferred, or demonstrated psychiatric experience as an NP/PA.
- DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one within 90 days.
- 1+ years of psychiatric clinical experience preferred (strong new graduates with relevant psych training considered).
- Strong diagnostic and pharmacologic skills in outpatient psychiatry.
- Collaborative, compassionate approach to patient care and teamwork.
