Our Engineering/Tech Graduate programme: We offer hands-on experience of working with innovative technologies that are shaping today's and tomorrow's financial markets. You'll explore all aspects of the software development lifecycle – from requirements analysis through to coding, testing and deployment with a focus on driving engineering excellence. It all starts with a four-day induction to familiarise yourself with the business, before you gain valuable on-the-job insights and work towards a professional qualification in areas like Cloud, DevOps, QA & Automation, Data, Cybersecurity, and other emerging engineering pathways. You'll also have access to curated e-learning skills pathways, designed to help you become a well-rounded Engineer. Our Business Graduate programme: Our Business Graduate Programme will allow you to gain valuable experience within one of our Divisions (Capital Markets, Post Trade, FTSE Russel and Data & Analytics) or, alternatively, work across one of our Group functions (People, Corporate Affairs and Marketing, Finance, Strategy or Risk). In the Divisional roles, you may be involved in helping companies to raise capital, developing benchmark ranges and indices, or building and evaluating risk models. In one of our Group functions, you'll work in a central function to support company goals.
