LoLa 42 in Boston’s vibrant Seaport District is currently seeking a Floor Manager to join our energetic and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Lead, support, and motivate front-of-house staff during shifts
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure service standards are met
- Collaborate with management on staff training, shift planning, and team development
- Assist with opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and confident in fast-paced settings
- Experience with POS systems and front-of-house technology
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
