The Role: The Logitech for Business Marketing Analytics team is passionate about using data to help make better decisions and serve insights with strategic implications. We are seeking for a Marketing Data Scientist intern who can work hands-on with Machine Learning and Big Data technologies and build scalable machine learning data solutions for our marketing and sales team. You will be working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to identify insight requirements and apply creativity to test hypotheses, prepare data, build models, analyze and visualize results, and integrate the solution into innovative ways to meet and optimize marketing ROI. What you'll do: Enhance the current customer model as additional data points become available through iterative improvements and Martech initiatives. Design and evaluate conversion lift experiments to optimize campaigns and measure their incremental impact Expand our market and sales model that drive personalization for customer engagement on owned and paid marketing channels by mapping out our buyers' journey. We love to hear from you if you are: BA/MSc in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative fields; Masters desirable. Experience in building marketing models. These methods include but are not limited to regression analysis, anomaly detection, NLP, and end-to-end machine learning modeling (decision tree, clustering, ensemble and boosting methods, feature selection) Write production quality codes in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, keras…), and/or R Experience in developing data pipelines via SQL and Python-based ETL framework Ability to partner with the data engineering and BI teams to run workflows, requirements, and project roadmap to ensure consistent data availability, data quality, and data accessibility. Conceive and implement the design of end-to-end scripted analytics solutions using SQL as well as modern analytical systems in Snowflake, GitHub, AWS, as well as experience using Jupyter Notebooks. A self-starting mindset along with strong communication and collaboration skills
