Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Logistics Trainer. The Logistics Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to upskill individuals in logistics operations. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting theoretical and practical sessions, assessing trainees' progress, and providing guidance to enhance their employability in the logistics sector. The Logistics Trainer will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with industry standards and requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Operations, and Warehousing best practices
• Strong training and facilitation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver engaging training content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with trainees and stakeholders
• Proven ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in the use of training tools and presentation software
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations within logistics and supply chain management
• Relevant certifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
