Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Supply Chain Specialist, located in Bihar, India. The role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing supply chain strategies to efficiently manage material flow. Responsibilities include monitoring transportation, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing logistics operations, coordinating with vendors, analyzing supply chain data, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Supply Chain Management and Transportation Management skills to coordinate end-to-end logistics operations effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supply chain performance and making data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service for maintaining vendor and client relationships
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics in a similar industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance related to logistics and transportation is a plus
