About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to optimize our transportation and distribution network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3PL management, route planning, fleet operations, long-haul transportation, and last-mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end logistics operations (inbound, outbound & inter-warehouse)
✅ Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters & warehouses
✅ Optimize routes, fleet utilization & freight costs
✅ Monitor long-haul and last-mile delivery performance
✅ Track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvements
✅ Support logistics for General Trade, Modern Trade, Quick Commerce & E-commerce
✅ Build reports/dashboards and resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related field
✔ 5–10 years of logistics & transportation experience
✔ Strong exposure to 3PL management, route optimization & logistics planning
✔ Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of TMS/WMS/ERP is an advantage
Preferred Experience
• FMCG, food, dairy, poultry, fresh produce or cold chain logistics
• Pan-India transportation networks
• Quick Commerce & E-commerce logistics
