Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Supply Chain Specialist, based in Chennai. The role involves ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials across the supply chain. Day-to-day responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating transportation strategies, analyzing logistics data, handling supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Specialist will also work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations and support business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Transportation Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for monitoring supply chain performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain environments is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in supply chain management tools or software will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required
