Infinity Innovations is seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Virar, Mumbai. As a Logistics Supervisor at Infinity Innovations, you will oversee and coordinate various logistics operations to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Oversee the scheduling and routing of shipments to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics data.
- Provide leadership and support to logistics staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Analyze logistics performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics operations and performance to management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of 10th Pass, but candidates with higher education are also welcome.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with Infinity Innovations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards related to logistics.
