Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Specialist located in Kolkata. The Logistics Specialist will manage and coordinate supply chain operations, ensure efficient transport of goods, optimize inventory management processes, and monitor logistics performance. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, communication with customers, and maintaining robust documentation to support import-export operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven knowledge in Supply Chain Management, including planning, procurement, and distribution strategies.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess logistics performance, optimize processes, and identify solutions to operational challenges.
• Experience in Export and international trade operations, including documentation and compliance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in logistics documentation and processes.
• Proficiency with logistics software and tools, as well as strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
