Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Logistics Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Logistics Specialist will manage end-to-end supply chain processes, coordinate the export of materials, communicate with stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth operations, and maintain high standards of customer service. The role also involves analyzing logistics data and improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management and knowledge of Export procedures
- Strong Analytical Skills to optimize operations and handle data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in working with logistics and supply chain software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or export industries is advantageous
- Degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
