Position- Operations Project Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–4 Years
We are looking for a high-performing Operations professional who can effectively manage execution, direction, and coordination of transportation operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end logistics operations with ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective usage of in-house technology at all stages of trips and maintain accurate daily Trip MIS.
- Coordinate with the Regional Manager for timely closure of vendor billing.
- Coordinate with the Regional Manager for timely closure of client billing.
- Ensure a consistent and reliable supply of vehicles as per daily manifest requirements.
- Supervise daily operations and take ownership of resolving operational challenges and escalations.
- Monitor operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of logistics activities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Good working attitude with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with Android applications.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work on logistics tools/platforms.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
