Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Professional, based in Gurugram. In this role, you will oversee the coordination and optimization of supply chain operations, manage export logistics, liaise with clients to ensure high-quality customer service, and troubleshoot any logistical challenges that may arise. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless and efficient delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Export processes, including regulatory compliance
• Analytical Skills to assess data, optimize logistics operations, and solve complex problems
• Teamwork and organizational skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in logistics software or relevant tools is a plus
• Prior experience in logistics operations or supply chain management is an advantage
