Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad for the role of Logistics Partner. The Logistics Partner will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing supply chain activities, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of consignments. Key responsibilities include evaluating operational data, ensuring compliance with export regulations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent service standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven analytical skills to assess and improve logistics and operational processes.
- Experience in supply chain management and export processes with knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for logistics and supply chain operations.
- Educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset are considered advantageous.
