Overview
As a Logistics Operator, you will manage day-to-day logistics and operational execution for fast-growing D2C brands including Moxie Beauty, Clay Co., Gush Beauty, Terractive, Asaya, STIM, and more. The role involves coordinating across warehouses, courier partners, and quick commerce platforms to ensure smooth fulfillment and inventory operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage logistics operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouses, courier partners, and platform teams for smooth order fulfillment and dispatch operations.
- Monitor key operational metrics including SLAs, cancellations, returns, and fill rates.
- Handle inventory movement, stock planning, and operational escalations.
- Build trackers and reports to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, or quick commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, inventory, and courier operations.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High ownership and strong execution mindset.
- Based in Gurugram (In-office role).
