Job Responsibilities：
1. Import business operations: review customs clearance documents and assist in applying for permits.
2. Familiarize with tax systems: submit supporting documents including Tax Invoice, Ewaybill, etc., and assist in invoice issuance and tax declaration.
3. Track factory delivery schedules and prepare shipping documents such as Tax Invoice, Ewaybill, Packing List, Challan and other relevant files.
4. Letter of Credit (LC) presentation: prepare, verify full sets of presentation documents, submit complete documents to banks, and follow up until acceptance.
5. Supply chain coordination: mediate and resolve issues concerning delivery, product quality, production capacity and other matters to ensure smooth project delivery.
Job Requirements：
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project delivery management.
2. Well-versed in international and domestic trade operation procedures, as well as inland transportation policies and regulations.
3. Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills, with solid customer service awareness.
