Role Description
The Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of goods. Key responsibilities include coordinating transportation, monitoring supply chain activities, and optimizing logistics processes to meet organizational goals. The role also involves addressing customer service requirements and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Transportation Management and Supply Chain Management
- Proficient Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with logistics management tools and technology is a plus
- Experience in a logistics or supply chain role; familiarity with agriculture-related industries is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
