Role Description The Logistics Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, including planning deliveries and pickups, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of home healthcare equipment. The specialist will monitor inventory levels, work closely with warehouse and field teams, and update tracking systems to maintain smooth operations. Daily tasks include communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving delivery issues, optimizing routes, and supporting the continuous improvement of the logistics process. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations while contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, track performance, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, coordinate delivery expectations, and maintain positive relationships with families and partners.
- Candidates should possess Transportation Management skills to plan routes, schedule deliveries, and oversee vehicle utilization and coordination.
- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to manage inventory flows, align with warehousing operations, and ensure timely availability of equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and to document operations clearly.
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or home healthcare services is beneficial.
- Ability to use logistics or inventory management software, along with basic MS Office skills, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment are important.
