We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our India team and play an important role in coordinating international logistics, freight, procurement and supply chain activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across suppliers, freight forwarders, procurement and internal teams, while finding practical ways to improve delivery performance, control freight costs and ensure smooth movement of materials across international markets.
You will help ensure materials are delivered on time, compliantly and at the right cost, while contributing to continuous improvement across our global supply chain.
What you'll do

Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve freight efficiency, cost control and supply chain performance.
Build strong working relationships with suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
Support the development and effectiveness of logistics hubs as the business grows.
What we're looking for
3–5 years' experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, procurement or supply chain coordination.
Strong knowledge of international air and sea freight, Incoterms, import/export compliance and customs documentation.
Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics providers, including shipment consolidation and freight cost optimisation.
Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements and duty concession schemes is highly desirable.

Experience preparing logistics KPIs, management reports and cost-reduction analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
Why join us?
This is more than a shipment coordination role. You will have the opportunity to work across international supply chains, influence freight costs, improve logistics efficiency and contribute to the development of a growing global operation.
If you enjoy solving logistics challenges, finding smarter ways to move materials and making a measurable impact on supply-chain performance, we'd like to hear from you.
