Job Description – Logistics Manager
Position: Logistics Manager
Location: Vasundhara Head Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
Preferred Background: Candidate with school/education industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities (School Logistics Department):
Invite and collect tenders/quotations from vendors for school materials such as stationery, books, furniture, uniforms, toys, and activity kits.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and finalization of orders as per school requirements.
Prepare and process purchase orders after approval from management.
Coordinate with all school branches to collect requirements for academic and non-academic materials.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to branches before academic sessions, events, and activities.
Manage logistics for school events, training programs, workshops, and annual functions.
Maintain proper records of vendors, tenders, purchase orders, dispatch details, and delivery status.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory management of school supplies at head office.
Maintain and update logistics data, stock records, and branch requirement reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between vendors, head office, and school branches for efficient supply chain management.
